Explanation / Answer

remember that molarity, M, is moles solute / liters solvent
so, M x V = moles solute
0.105M x 0.116L = 0.01218 moles NaNO3
0.01218 moles NaNO3 x 85g/mole = 1.0353g

0.2 m NaNO3 in a total of 135g --> 0.2m x 0.135kg = 0.0270 moles NaNO3 required
0.0270 g x 85g/mole = 2.295 g

1.7% of 135g = 0.017 x 135 = 2.295 g solute

1 .2.295 g NaNO3 required in the total mass of 135g so 132.705 g solute required
2 .2.295 g solute in the total mass of 135g solution so 132.705 g solvent
