the net magnetic field at a is towards right.

according to the amperes right hand rule we have to hold the wire with right hand and thumb towards the current direction then the curling of fingers at that point gives magnetic field.

In this case all the currents produces magnetic field towards right only at 'a' point  

hence the net magnetic field is towards right.
