using force on charge is F = q*E

but Force is F = m*a

m*a = q*E

accelaration is a = (q*E)/m

initial speed is Vo = 0 m/s

distance travelled is s = d

then

V^2 - Vo^2 = 2*a*S


V^2 - 0^2 = 2*(qE/m)*d

V = sqrt(2qEd/m)


b) speed after t = 5 sec is

V = Vo+(a*t)

V = 0+(sqrt(2qEd/m)*5)

V = 5*sqrt(2qEd/m)

C) S = (Vo*t)+90.5*a*t^2)

S = (0*t)+(0.5*sqrt(2qEd/m)*5^2)

S = 12.5*sqrt(2qEd/m)
