The decrease in thevolume after mixing the two liquids shows that they do not form anideal solution. The intermolecular forces between the Amolecules is not same as the intermolecular forces between A andmolecules . Similarly the intermolecular forces between B moleculesis not same as the intermolecular forces between B and Amolecules.
