What is happening here? What information can be obtained from the doublet centeredat1.3ppmintheTTB NMR spectrum? 50Explanation / Answer
Decoupling experiments are run in order simply the NMR spectra. The same technique is applied in this case also. In the first case B11 is decoupled resulting in the conversion of the big signal into a doublet.
Doublet gives information abotut the P31 and 1H coupling. Two bond coupling constant of P31 with 1H can be obtained.
