Explanation / Answer

total protein = concentration * volume = 7 * 21 = 147mg

total enzyme activity = rate/(amount of enzyme) = 100/10 =10      (taking the fourth point from bottom in graph)

specific activity = total activity/mass = 10/147 = 0.068
