Like most chemical reactions the rate of the reactions with increasing the temperature. But it rises to a certain temperature, reaches a maximum; here is at 600 C. But slowly it declines and it is due to above temperature 600 C, the enzyme starts denaturating and hence the rate of the reaction falls sharply. At 950C, complete denaturation of enzyme happens and hence the reaction drops at that temperature.
