so, 72 are homozygous recessive out of 200 individuals, andthe percentage is 0.36(q2), so the frequency ofrecessive allele is square root of 0.36, which is 0.6 (q). So, if qis equal to 0.6, then p is equal to 1-0.6=0.4. Thep(frequency of dominant allele is 0.4.
