Conformation A is less stable than conformation B, since the bulky cyclopentane group is closer to ethyl group in A, whereas in B, it closer to relatively smaller groups.

Conformer C is less stable than conformer D. Ethyl group is relatively bulkier than methyl, group and thus the steric hindrance will be minimum for the conformation with the bulkier group at the equatorial position.
