Imcmplete allele i.e. one allele (dominant) is not expressed over recessive allele and produce a new character. both allele become independent.

Here cross between a female fly with vestigial wing size and male fly with an incomplete wing vein. here a some mutation occurs on the male wing and it is not expressed as like normaly Mendalian rules.

Let's female genotype is WW and male phenotype is ww. now when they crossed in F1 generation they produced Ww genotype. According to our consideration it should be represent for  vestigial wing size but it is not expressed it is because of incomplete allele mutation occurs in male genotype.
