Table salt (NaCl) and water both are highly ordered material. When NaCl dissolves in hot water O-H bonds are broken and this process requires heat energy. hence the solution of table salt in hot water becomes less ordered and entropy increases. So this system is a spontaneous process.
25oC is the room temperature. Water does not freeze spontaneously at room temperature and 1 atm pressure because the magnitude of entropy depends on the temperature. so its a non-spontaneous process.
