Triglyceride are the esters which are formed out of glycerol and three fatty acids , hence the name tri + glyceride. Body fat of humans and vegetable fat are formed of triglycerides.

Surfactant are all those compounds that cause the lowering of surface tension or any interfacial tension which might be present in between 2 liquids or liquid and solid.

Micelles are the aggregates or supramolecular assemblies of surfactant molecules which is dispersed into colloidal medium
