So, I am solving the second part only.
As per Avogadro theory volume percentage is equal to the mole percentage.
So -
9.65 x 10^1 = {110x + 84[100-x]}/100 [Here, 84 is the molecular weight of C2H3F3]
=> 96.5x100 = 110x + 8400 - 84x
=> 1250 = 26x
=> x = 48.08
Therefore, C2H3F3 mole percentage = C2H3F3 volume percentage = 48.08 %
