The behavioural changes of this generation and the care for values has a lot to do with advancing technologies in both the ways positive and negative. It also gave a modern outlook to the society making it a more acceptable and tolerant society. the e-governance and ease of service deliveries by institutions have also changed the classical pattern of society.

But the fate of science and technology largely depends upon the moral and ethical beliefs of the individual. the very science which providing high yielding seeds to the farmers, mitigation strategies to disaster prone areas etc can be the threat to the national and individual security. The threat of cyber crime and cyber terrorism can't be nullified. At the same time rise in modern warfare like nuclear bombs can cause humanity to diminish. so it all depends on the individuals moral and ethical beliefs, how he use it.
