Is personal purpose a foundation for an individual's career planning? Personal purpose is important and can be foundation for an individual's career planning similar to what an organization purpose does for the strategic planning of organizations.
Below is my personal SWOT analysis
Strengths - Career aspirant, competitive, quick learning ability, analytical ability, communication skills etc.
Weaknesses - Average listening skills, unorganized etc.
Opportunities - New job with multinational firms, ability to open own firm etc.
Threats - Highly competitive job market, unsuccessful startups etc.

Below are my personal mission and vision statements-
Mission statement - To be a highly competitive individual known for delivering quality work.
Vision statement - To remain competitive and earn money apart from being socially responsible.
Objective - To target xx $ amount in 2 years through job related working, freelancing, investing in markets etc
