Personal purpose is important and can be foundation for an individual's career planning similar to what an organization purpose does for the strategic planning of organizations.

Below is my personal SWOT analysis

Strengths - Career aspirant, competitive, quick learning ability, analytical ability, communication skills etc.

Weaknesses - Average listening skills, unorganized etc.

Opportunities - New job with multinational firms, ability to open own firm etc.

Threats - Highly competitive job market, unsuccessful startups etc.

Vision statement - To remain competitive and earn money apart from being socially responsible.
