You are the manager of your division, corporate has just informed you of a change to employees expense allowance in regards to using their own cars for business. In the past, one rate applied to all. Effective immediately there will now be 2 rates for regular & non-regular drivers. Regular drives will get $1.00 per mile for the first 650 miles, then $0.25 per for each additional thereafter. Non-regular drives will get $0.80 per mile for the first 125 miles, then $0.25 for each additional. Regular drives are those who use their cars most of the time to travel to their sales territories while non-regular drivers are those who only sometimes use their cars for work purposes. You (as the manager) need to submit in writing to AP which members of your team are to be considered regular drivers and why. All those not mentioned in your will be considered non regular.

When a busines is started and manager will lokk after the expenses and the profit coming to the company.As per the question the corporate has informes the manager to change the employees in two different ways one as the regular employees and other as the non regular employees and they have to drive their own vehicles for the business.

When a manager hires the emplyees on the regular driveres who has complelety,the driver has to be driver thier own vehicle for the business and also go for the sales territories to travel from one palce to other so as to incerese the business of the company.

THe regualr drivers will be getting the good compensation incentive and aslo benefits fromthe company if the regular drivers reach their targets and increase their company sales which inturn helps the company to incerease thier profits.

When a company is set up and if their product has to be reached in other palces then the regular drives are the people who can travel from one territory to other and deliver the product to other areas which in turn hels to know the products need and demand in particualr territory and also helps in analysing the products demand and need and if anything needed they can even travel to any remote area to promeote thier products which inturn increase the sales of the products.

THere are many benefits if we hire the regular drivers for the company as we can rely on them whenever needed without any time waste and even handover some roles and responsiblities and assin some targets to achieve which inturn increases the companies progress.
