it enables to understand and follow the procedures and events that occurred or required to occur. It helps scan information, glide, and evaluate to integration for business purpose. Reading helps to diagnose the subject matter and advocates solutions.

Document use:

It is the ability to read and interpret signs, labels, and charts and segregate them in categorical wise. It helps for easy identification and usage for future .

Numeracy:

It involves using numbers in quantitative terms.it helps in numerical estimates, money math, and analyzing estimates of data.

Writing:
