Question

Human Chromosome Classification using Neural Network

Hello,

I hope you help me with this ..

i need a matlab project for my Artifcial Intellegence subject with this topic ( Human Chromosome Classification using Neural Network ) -anything that satisfies it is allowed no matter what is exactly-

or any of those porjects :

-Genetic Algorithm for traveling salesman problem

-Washing Machine by Fuzzy logic

- there's some toolboxes for matlab i think that you can make this project depending on- such that allows me to enter my inputs and gives me a result

i need ASAP please

i have a disscussion for it tommorow and i'm kinda out of time

any help will be benificial and appreciated

thank you :)

Explanation / Answer

The easiest one from the above mentioned was I guess, the Genetic Algorithm for Travelling Salesman Problem. The problem says, we have to find out the shortest route, condition being our salesman has to travel least distance to each city exactly and that to travel only once. Also, he has to return to the his origin city. I am not going to give away the complete solution, but rather an approach on how to proceed.
So, let's give begin:
We need to create a location class, that contains the distance of the location from origin. Next we have to create a class of destination location. We also need a class to get the routes, now this is where it gets tricky. What are the functions of this? It has to hold all of the destination location to ensure that nothing is visited twice. Calculate the total distance of the tour, find minimum distance of a city (using whatever algorithm suits you). We also need to create a class to hold the possible tours.

Now we have to create a Genetic Algorithm class, which will actually work on the solution and then a main class, to proceed on to the method. Try to construct it on your own !

Also, you can refer to the following solution provided by "The Project Spot" !

OR, you can use the algorithm already available on the FEX, the usage is given alongwith:
