Question

ANSWER PLS

12. Read over the attached article titled "Yo-Yo Ma almost loses $2.5 million cello." 2 Imagine that the cello was placed in a taxi cab's trunk, on top of a suitcase, that the cab is owned by Fisher Cabs, that a friend of yours is the taxi driver in San Francisco, that Yo-Yo Ma dies in a airplane crash a few hours after being in the cab, no one claims the cello, and no one knows that it belonged to Yo-Yo Ma. When your friend found the cello, it was lodged between the spare tire and the rear quarter panel. Since it was dark, when your friend took the suitcase out of the trunk, he/she didn't see the cello since it had slid off of the suitcase. Under these facts and under common law, what type of property would the cello have to be in order for your friend to be able to keep it, once a reasonable search for the rightfully owners had been made and the owner could not be found? a. conversion b. gift c. lost d. mislaid e. constructive bailment 0 0
