Answer: The company's mission statement has four variables that are information, usefullness, organization and accecibility. The employees fit into the organization component of thisstatement. The better the organization existant in the company better will be the company in position to grab the opportunities comes on their way as the human resource quality is one area that is crucial for the success of the organization. Pulic image and customers are reflected when the company talks about the usefullness and acceciblity with ease. For the customers this is very important as they value a search engines which is providing most valuable information to them. Any vague information would decrease the overall experaince of the customer visiting the site.

The statement are important for the company profits as the company will become more valuable and increases the chances of retaining the customers as this is crucial for the compnay in service industary to retaing old customer.
