1) There has been an explosion in a building on your block .The police have arrived at your office and state that the block must be evacuated. Identify the steps that you as the office manager should take after learning of this situation

In case of emergency situations such as explosion in building or fire a manager is required to take following steps:
Step-1: Inform the emergency officer or safety officer, she will inform the staff, to evacuate and gather in predesignated emergency area.
Step-2: Locate the emergency exit and ring the Emergency alarm,
Step-3: Once all evacuated check the bathrooms and other locations if any one left,
Step-4: Go to the predesignated emergency area an count the number of people with the day's attendence.
Step-5: If every thing ok, go to routine work.
