For this assignment, imagine a large company whose employees are not unionized has just hired you as HR manager. The CEO supports unionization and wants you to drum up employee interest in the topic. Write a company-wide report on the subject of unionization and collective bargaining that includes the following components:

A.: Uniionization helps employees to unite and work for a productive goals and objective . This helps in addressing their issues on a common platform through labor union and through their leaders. It helps to build a rapport between employer and employees. It realises the gap in understanding the issues and make the work place more interactive. Wage related issues, harrasment, inequalities etc can be addressed more easily. This makes employees life more better in work place so that he can be more productive in the work place.

c.Formalised union has to be created through employee voting system and make it legalised by the approval of employer. Meetings, agenda of work everything has to be in official manner to avoid conflicts. Anything against management action has to be first address through employer so that healthy discussions will help in resolving issues. Union should not use as a tool to exploit the work life of employees and it should not take it in away to decrease the productivity. All meetings or protest has to govern through general body. An arbitator can be appointed to act as an intermediator to address and resolve the issues. Thus work force and employer connections can be more healthier and more prodctivde in nature.
