Explanation / Answer
The Author was an renowned pshycologists and had predicted his opinion about the organizations stating that the organization is a combination of group ofentity and to create a equilibirum or balance one needs to have all the entities to work together so that there is a complete balance among the organization norms and policies he also laid emphasis stating the positive and negative angles from both the sides.Kurt Lewis force field analysis he stated that an issue is held in balance by the interaction of two opposing set of forces those seeking to promote change and those attempting to maintain the status quo. He viewd organization as systems in which the present situation was not a static pattern but a dynamic balance of forces working in opposite directions for any change to occur the driving forces must exceed the restraining forces thus shifting the equilibirium. Organizational change is bound to take place from time to time from all the spheres it may be the Managerial Change or the complete change in the planogram. Therefore organization change takes place for the betterment and groth of the company. In my experience in my present organization organization change took place where all the to management was removed and new management came into existence having done that their was a complete makover of the divisions and the profile of the people which initially was a problem later it was seen that these approaches benefited the organization and the managers its is also true that the organization benefitted themselves by adoting the starategies of kurt lewis.
