The current develop met cycle is Service, which is on the practical stage.

To improve the offering to fit the target, service has to be prompt and accurate. The delivery person must be polite enough and has the ability to manage the customers very well even under pressurised situation. Competition among similar online food delivering company now a days is very high. So customer differentiate the service based on economical( cost effective), better service, accurate ( time management), and bringing customer delight through attractive offers and express delivery.

They have added service like

The online website ordering is gradually replaced with android application .

It can be improved through adding more values to customers in terms of customising the products like bundling dishes from various restaurants and serve as a package, free cost for delivery, bonus points on every order which can be redeemed later.
