1. Read the following Preamble to the Constitution. "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

How does the Constitution serve these five principles laid out in the Preamble? Does the Constitution live up to the lofty goals in the Preamble? If so, how? If not, why not? If you could add anything to the Preamble, what would it be?

What responsibilities do the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights carry along with them? Are there any limits to the rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights? Have these rights been strengthened or weakened over time?

Bill or rights carry along with them the 12 amendments later changed to 10 amendments. These amendments have been laid down by the US assembly and are part of constitution they are Freedom of speech,religion,press and peasable assembly,right to bear arms,no quatering of soldiers without the consent of the home owner,freedom from unreasonable searches and seizure,right to due process of law frredom from self incrimination,double jeopardy,right of those accused of the crime. Bill of right gives you the right to fight the case in the court also bill of rights give the individual the protection. Yes the bill of rights works on the principle of amendments laid down in the US constitution and those rights which have been passed by the constitution are regarded as the bill of rights. These rights have strengthened over a period of time and have made the life easier of all those citizens who have fought for their rights.
