Explanation / Answer

Many times, we encounter this situation in the business world. Often, very often very often    we face this problem of misunderstanding in educational institutions while communicating to the students about the group assignments and project work. As a faculty, I used to set the submission dates for the group assignments and used to communicate regularly to the teams. But students try to divide the project into individual components and use to present those last minute without any group discussions. The objective of group assignment was not lost and we never get the desired results because few students rarely understand the objective of group projects.

After losing my job in a company and communicated to him about the situation, even after communicating, he called me and told these words “I searched your profile on the company, Ok now I understood why they removed your profile”. His indented meaning may be different and what I understood from his words was totally different.
