Recently, I ordered a table study lamp with USB cable through Flipkart, an e-commerce company. I was really happy to receive the product 2 days before the scheduled delivery time. I didn't check the product at the time of delivery as I had complete trust in Flipkart. When I opned the parcel later in the evening, to my utter surprise I found a hot tiffin box.
I requested to replace the wrong product with right one. After 4 days, I receved the replacement parcel. This time I decided to check it in front of delivery boy. To my utter disappoinment, the product was delivered with different colour. I orderd for a black table lamp to match my study table, but the delivered one was white! I wanted to return it,but later decided against it. The ordered black one was Rs 75 costlier than the delivered white one.
"Only Original Products on Flipkart" is their add tagline. Prior to this incident, Flipkart was my most prefered e-commerce site. But, now I pefer other e-commerce sites as Amazon, e-bay etc.
