.Having conversations with others in your workplace is sometimes similar to interviewing them. You are exchanging knowledge and learning about each other. During the course of the conversation, how many times did the topic change? Who changed it? What were the triggers that prompted the changes? What questions were asked by the other person? Were you able to answer every one of them? If not, what was the body language of the person in response to your inability to answer? Yes this is common happening everywhere.When people meet they discuss on some new or related issue .& After that there discussion continues for longer time depending on the interest form both the side.
Here I am taking a reference of Leadership.I met with people in XYZ organizations where we discussed a lot on Leadership.
This was not exactly a interview.It was a sharing of a information , thoughts , ideas.We discussed the following aspects of Leadership
1) Meaning
2) Views
3) Types
4) How Leadership is important in organizations
5) Roles of Leadership
etc
The topic changed on different thoughts & views .The theme was same but the views were changing like
1) Leadership at domestic level
2) Leadership at global level
3) Critical aspects in Leadership
4) Why Leadership fails
5) Role of Leadership in successful organizations
etc
These were the changing topics time to time.
Topic changed from both the sides .It is changed as per the liking & interests.
