Leadership is the ability of an individual or leadership team and the process of persuasion to guide, influence and cable to lead team member to follow in order to pursue objective.The similarity between leadership and management is that they both are trying to achieve the same goal. The different between leadership and management is that the leadership is setting a new direction or vision for a group of people to follow, and it focuses on leading people. The leadership styles are transformational, consultative and participative. On the other hand, management controls or directs people or resources in a team, and focuses on managing the work. The management styles are related to transactional, dictatorial, consultative and democratic [1].

2. Give examples of “great leaders” - what made them so great?
Abraham Lincoln
He was the 16th president of the United States, who was the greatest political leader. Abraham Lincoln’s great characteristic were his determination, persistence, belief and courage. He proved his ability of leadership by pulling people together into a unique group that represented the greatest minds of his timer. What made him become a great leader are the capacity to listen to different points of view then make the best final decision; able to learn from mistake to corrective; strength to guild and influence people to accomplish his goals [2].
Jeff Bezos
He is the founder of Amazon, the largest online retailer. He has known as the greatest business leader not only for having built an amazing company that everyone knows about Amazon, but also he uses his wealth and interest to do many different things that lead the company to successful. What made him a great leader today is by being amazing consistence who comes out of the box and think differently. Bezos’ leadership style is well worth paying attention to the prioritization of customer service, believing his wild/ risk decision [3].
Martin Luther King Jr.
He had a big dream for change and for better tomorrow, which made him become one of the most influential leaders in the civil rights movement of USA. He had known for the non-violent which made him become an inspirational figure. He fought for racial equality and led people to a better future where all men are equal. Because of the courage, perseverance and the will to fight for everyone’s right till the end made him a great leader [4].

I think a person can be trained to be a leader. Many different arguments said that a leader is born with a special ability of leadership skill, which one is able to lead in any circumstances situation. However, one with leadership potential does not simply become leaders in the short period. He/she would be trained to develop their leadership skill, learning from other great leaders and emulating their behavior over time. The characteristic of a real leader is ability to encourage, guide and influence people to follow his/her lead to pursue same goals. To become a great leader, a person should have a desires and passion about what they want to accomplish [5].
