The organization needs to train their employee better at cash control, there should be a training the first days for the new employee so they avoid making too many mistakes. Also, the first month there shouldn’t be a penalty if a new employee is short, it takes certain time to get use to a new job.

On the other hand what Sara is doing is illegal, she is basically stealing money from their customers on purpose and keeping it to herself and what is even more alarming is the fact that she is doing it with the permission of the store manager.
