The internet has changed the way of searching jobs and applying for it. The web has altered the whole employment process. According to U.S Bureau of labor statistics, more and more people are going to use these tools find their next job. Networking is the best way to find jobs and sites like LinkedIn, twitter and FaceBook are also helping people in searching jobs. Sites like FaceBook and twitter has claimed that they has more than 250 million users and that their traffic has increased significantly.

There are other jobs sites as well like CareerBuilder and Monster.com who charge significantly more to list jobs still seeing huge increase in traffic with atleast 33% more visits. Those job seekers who rely only one tool to search will take longer to find a position. So, don't rely only on one search engine instead use as many as possible to find perfect position for yourself.
