All students will design an intervention (change effort) from start to finish for college drop outs. This paper must identify the problem or issue to be changed, and specify a goal that would signify success. Explanation / Answer
Change Effort - This plan defines the efforts and techniques that may be used by a company or an organisation. This plan varies from organisation to organisation because no one company is the same and every company has its own set of problems.
College Drop Outs: Students who don't complete their college education but have enrolled in a college are called college drop outs. This can happen due to many reasons.

Alternate Solutions:
Selected Solution:
In my opinion, the correct solution is a combination of all the alternative solutions. The student should be guided about the future and interviewed about his taste before he is enrolled in a college programme. If he enrols then he should be provided with various financing options that are comparatively easy to bore. The college should ensure that it provides a safe and productive environment for its student where it also nourishes the hobbies and passion of the students. All of these activities will ensure that the drop-outs decrease as the student will start to enjoy their college life and will have a feeling of belongingness.
Assessment:
The assesment should be done yearly or half-yearly by comparing the previously available data to determine the trend in the college dropout numbers.
Feedback:
An effective and easily available feedback system should be kept in place to ensure the success of other activities. This system should be discreet so that the students can openly express their views.
