Non-verbal communication are the communication which is recognized through facial expression, body gesture, posture, eye contact, tone of voice, etc.
The non-verbal communication takes place according to the location and situation of a person. The non-verbal communication cannot be same which is expresed in shopping mall, meeting place or sports arena. Last day, we visited mall and we closely observing a man and woman communicating using their body gesture and eye contact. They were smiling and looking at them, it seems like they were in deep love.
2. They were in romantic mood. They do not want to free themselves from all their work and responsibility and want to spend time together. Their eye contact revealed that they were in love and that was also conveyed through body gesture.
3. Non-verbal communication do not gives accurate message to communicator. But people use to express their love, anger, emotions using non-verbally. It gives a good understanding about the behavior and attitude of the people.
