Therefore, it vital to make the staff to n=be politically savvy. To make the staff savvier one has to over the following issues so as to encourage them know the importance of such processes. Once in a right political group, the will always feel being part of the firm and their views will always be represented in all levels of the organization
On the onset, I have to make them understand the importance of networking with right people within the office set-up and when it comes to making outside engagements. Being political well connected will enable them perform their duties better in addition to making the raise there careers. Once in a right political branch their affairs will be well represented and they will get a better audience from the management and other stakeholders in the market. In their career and professional growth one requires the right strategic alliance and office politics is one of the avenues for providing such right alliances for career growth.
When it comes to the aspect of power the staff are required to have knowledge of the influence of social power that can be achieved through social media , good communication and networking.. There is the issue of the type f influence that one hat to have and in this case all employees should focus on positive influence and that likely to lead to more productivity within the institution. They should know the method to approach it such being assertive on the influence they want to make or producing some exemplary behaviors on such issues. There is the desire of one to get the political power through influence of one that will not be appropriate for the office setting in this case as they all depend on the company and taking such direction may lead to some dishonest behaviors by the employees.

Above questions is typically the type of fraud behvaior. While working Employees receives so many information.This information is vital .Now deliberately these employees hides , leaks , or misuse these information for wrong intention.So this differ from political behavior.
In this type the complete objective is to make fraud , to make financial scams. To weaken the companies financial condition.These type of people gives these information's to competitors which helps them to tack competitions.

Yes this is different from political behavior because
a) This behavior focus by specific objective like fraud , misuse which are dangerous for organizations.
