So we end with leadership. Which many would argue should be at the start of any organization. What qualities and behaviors are most important in a leader? Are manager’s leaders? Why or why not? And lastly, inevitable you’ll be asked to name all the good qualities you want to see in a manager, or a leader. Tell me the worst qualities you’ve actually experienced in managers and leaders. Why do they stand in your mind? Are you a strong enough leader yourself to employ the same tactics as you move forward in your career? Or are managers and leaders sometimes forced to use techniques that you consider “poor” at this point in your career?

the main quality of leader is influencing the people to do work with organizational goals. he should be realistic person where always predict the changes in the market and implement the same in his organisations. a leader is completely different from manager; a leader is a person who works on the system, where as a manager is the person who works with in the system. leaders leads and guides the people where as managers manage and maintain the resources.
the worst quality of both managers and leaders are looking for self benefit and not able to change themself according to market requirements. because if we looks for self benefit, we never have a broder mind and we never consider the well being of others- where majority of the leaders does not like this.
i am a good leader where i can lead, guide, monitor and control my team at work place in all the times. i never feared about failure, i am ready to accept it by utilizing the experience i build a succesful path for future. i never stands at poor and if the time comes i quit the position and make the right person to reach the position.
