It is important to have a career management plan in place. This is a lifelong process of investing resources to achieve your career goals. When maintaining a career management plan it is important to adapt and change the plan to the demands of the 21st Century economy. How we interact, respond and connect in all our relationships will impact our present performance and future opportunities. Networking uncovers more than 70% of current job openings. In a short 1-2 page essay list and describe 2-3 resources that can be used to manage one’s career. Include at least one networking resource in this list that can be used to manage one’s career.
