1. yes, the union have a chance to appeal against to this situation. while they are joining as employees, the organisation was assured employees to provide all kinds of health benefits to them and to their family members also. now, because of various reasons, they are coming out from it. and this will be questioned by the union and they can put a file against this issue.
2. this is not acceptable, and one should have a right to live according to their requirements and priorities. as an employer he may have a control or authority at the work and related to work only. the remaining the employer does not have any right or chance to intervene in one's personal life. i can appeal this with the union and i will rejoin in the organisation definitely.
3. yes, even if unions does not applicable or represents ariline's pilot, i can go with directly employment forums and i will be benefited.
