5 major components includes :-
a. Goal clarity - 5. My job is to look into the accounting and financial management for a department and all goals are clearly defined.
b. Task structure - 3. Part of my job inlcudes handling ad hoc requests that eats away most of my time. Need to have a structure in this area.
c. Group composition - 4. Team has good mix of finance people and have experience of more than 8 years within the company and in different departments
d. Group functioning - 4. I am satisfied the way team is working and handling its reponsibilities
e. Performance norms - 3. Performance is affected even if you make a small mistake and all your efforts are ignored. Needs improvement.
