Engineer Alex knew that Regional Manager Adam would not be pleased with her report on poor labour standards at their chemical engineering site in Qatar. Reports clearly indicated that the poor treatment of workers was in violation of best practice in their organisation. Alex perceives Adam to be someone who thinks that their industry is over-regulated. Adam also prides himself as playing a major role in maintaining the public reputation of ACME Engineering Company as a leader in the engineering sector, including employment practices. So when Alex presented her report to Adam, he lost his temper. “I can't believe you'd submit a report like this. Go back to your desk and rework this until it comes out right. I don't want to see any more garbage like this."

I wanted to go with Utilatirianism theory for aforesaid example

Utilitarianism is a moral theory according to which welfare is the fundamental human good. Welfare may be understood as referring to the happiness or well being of individuals. Utilitarianism is most commonly a theory about the rightness of actions; it is the doctrine that, from a range of possibilities, the right action is the action which most increases the welfare of human beings or sentient creatures in general. Of the many moral theories now called Utilitarian, all share this claim that morality ought to be concerned with increasing welfare.

Actually according the case stuy Adam is not giving more careness towards their poor labour , he works with his pride he don't think about the labour conditions, but labour conditions are more necessery to be overlook because when labour will happy , there environment is good then will be more productive to us.

And every labour or worker wanted that there way of living increase evey day, from which they get motivated and get become more productive.

And this is also a aim of company or organization to increase the livliness and to make a good environment for the labour.We don't need to think bad about poor labour beacuse the are our manpower and apart from them our organization will not work or go longer time , because some how this edffect the company and worker are need to understand the assets.
