Answer 1. The Google display network allows you to target your customers in different ways:
GDN is mainly used by E-commerce companies like Amazon or Ebay.
2. The two businesses that uses the Google adwords are Automotive companies and mobile phones.
Being from an automotive industry, I am aware that how much compnies invest in Google ad word. This helps you to target those customers who are searching for your competition brands. You buy those key words for which google charge you a premium. and whenever a customer search for you competition brand, your brand or product will be featured in the search.
3. Just explained the benefits to the company.
The benefit of adwords to the customer is that customer can see all the products in the same segment and can compare them which he might have not done in other senarios.
4. PPC stands for Pay per click. This model is not based on the number of impressions of you ad on the site or the number of times you ad appeared in search. But whenever your product is being clicked on, Google will charge you for that click. It is attractive to client because in PPC model, clients do not have to pay for number of impressions to make their brand / product visible. They pay for potential customers.
5. In contrast to the PPC, CPC model is based on the number of 100 impressions. So you decide on the number of impressions you want to appear on a particular website and then you invest accordingly.
