Customer engagement is an efficient marketing tool which holds a primary position in the marketing paln of a leading organization. Customer engagement is the process through which the customers are made to interact or communicate with the organization is some way or the other even if they are not in a plan to make any purchase.

This process remains very effective as it can make the customers feel prioritized. Some of the activities involved in this process include sending mails or calling the customers and asking for their feedback and expectations from the customers. Engaging them with the online surveys can also be very effective, arranging for seminars or exhibitions and inviting the customers personally also have much value. The organizations can use these approaches of customer engagement in their marketing plan so as to gain success. Through this process the management can make the marketing activities customer oriented. This approach can also gain highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Social media marketing is the most result oriented marketing activities and this has become one of the most modern marketing trend. Making the customers engaged in through social media is very easy. Online surveys can be posted in the social media. As it can cover wide range of customer the management can receive huge number of feedback. They can also promote attractive advertisements and can ask them for their opinions.

Posting new contents in the social media should be done by providing some space. At least a time period of one week time should be left as a gap. Otherwise the continuous posting of new contents can put the customers into confusion and they will stop viewing and listening to thse posts.
