1. For effective measurement system for student learning, the process of selecting, gathering, analyzing, managing data, information and knowledge assets must be examined. The data and information for tracking student learning will have to be integrated. Secondly, there has to be an effective use of key comparative data. Lastly and importantly, the measurement system has to be able to respond to any changes in the institution or any changes in the external environment.
