From the report of the criminologists it can be identified that the individuals starts performing crime from the age of 10 and older. After conducting interview with the suspect it has been identified that the suspect fits some of the trends in the crime. Here the suspect has indulged in the violations related to drug abuse through keeping weed in his apartment. He was also under aged for consuming the alcohol. The suspect also assaulted and stroked the victim which again became an activity which fits the trend in the crime.

Some of the factors which lead the suspect to offend himself are his loneliness. He was forced to grow up alone due to his family situations. He himself was the victim of theft and some assaults which reflected in his activity.The girl can be considered as the real victim of the crime as she has been assaulted and stroked by the suspect. Even though the situation of the suspect made him to be rude and criminal, his activities cannot be justified with it. The victim has suffered from mental and physical injuries.
