The correct answer is B. Bones in a bat's wings are not vestigial structures, because they are used functionally still. An example of a vestigial structure would be the human appendix, whereby our dietary changes over time have allowed us to become less dependent on this organ. Bats and humans could have very well evolved from the same geographic region and similar bone structures may support this idea, however, this answer is not the strongest response. Many bats do possess opposable digits. We may find that homologous structures between bats and humans may suggest that the bat was possibly an ancestor to humans, however, this again is not the best answer.
