Issue : Having formal Wear as an office mandate

The practice of wearing formals to work through the week has remained a convention and followed ever since. However, there has been no options of setting in a whistle blown to dismantle this concrete practice which has been followed rigorously and religiously all throughout.

There are organizations who have recently been a break through..however, highly criticized and not accepted in the wide range of the society and the parallel working industries. What is considered as a directly proportional relationship is that the seriousness towards work only comes with the formal attire and not otherwise. It's a so called belief that's followed and thus made to be a mandate to sport formal wears in order to be diligent and do away with the casual approach and the linient mindset.

However what can be put forward as a contradictory belief and more realistic is that one can work better and perform well being in the pair of clothes he or she feels comfortable in and doesn't feel like captivated in the name of employment.

This is one debate that at least would prevail for a decade as can be ezpecexp. Rest , what only makes sense and should be implemented is that an indivuindi should be let to wear decent clothes that could be semi formal or casual, that makes them feel at ease and do work in a great motivation and uplifted spirit on a lighter nore.
