As we read above, through strategic alliance company can improve their competitive positioning ,gain entry toward the new market , share the risk and to many other projects.

There are some points that makes a decision effective are as follows:-

it can generate economies of scale that enables the participating companies to collect a set of resources for attaining the objrctive.

-Enhancing skills

in international projects , we need many skills to be expertise in every field and the lack of expertise knowledge in every field are filfilled by partnership in expertise company.

-Standard setting

it means standard setting with new technologies market and due to this every company not able to give competition to us.

Here , we can conclude that by opting strategic global business alliance that will work effetively while working with different countries.
