3) Assume that the existing organizational structure and corporate culture are very different from your recommendations. Put another way, the company is going to face some heavy organizational change issues.

Lewin's Change Model
This model was developed by Kurt Lewin during the 1950 and it has mainly three important stages of implementation.
The Lewins model can be easily understood when compared with the way ice behaves. Suppose we had a cube of ice which we wanted to be . asphere, the logical first step would be to unfreeze the ice, then put it into a mould in the shape of a sphere then freeze it again. Lewin also argues that any change is similar to the ice analogy. Explaining it further , the unfreeze is the preparation stage which shows that change is necessary and is one of the most difficult stages, the second is the change stage in which the employees start accepting the changes and therefore need a lot of support during this stage. The last stage is the freeze stage in which the employees are now familiar with the changes and accept the new ways of performing their proposed tasks.
The pros of the model are it is simple and easy to understand, it considers group dynamics and is an established theory.
The cons are that in today's world change is constant so there should not be a stage called freeze also the model is more applicable to groups as compared to individuals.
b) I beievetaht the ADKAR Model should be present in an organization as it involves a lot of people in the change process.
ADKAR model - This is a goal focussed change management model .As per this model, everything needs to be done in a sequence of steps as described by this model for the goal to be achieved. The model involves the following steps.
A - Awareness - This step basically says that the there must be an awareness that there is a need for a change.
D- Desire - This step calls for more and more people to participate in the process and support it.
K - Knowledge - The knowledge about which processes to change it beneft is communicated in this stage.
A - Ability - This step calls for an implementation of the change on a daily basis.
R- Reinforcement - Perhaps this is the most important step of the change management process as without reinforcement the entire process might fail as people find it easier to work in the ways they were already habituated to. So, sustaining the change over a long period of time is also important.
The pros of this model are that it inclusive in nature and very flexible to implement.The cons are that the process of implementation may be slow in some cases and as well as tedious.
