Tasks that a machine can perform better than humans and reasons for the same are:
• A token vending machine performs the activity of sequencing appointments much better than humans as a unique number is given to the attendees and they have to visit the counter based on their token number that is displayed on the screen, where as if humans perform this task then there is a scope for a lot of confusion and mismanagement which can lead to chaos.
• Giving red and green signals to rain based on the map and the location tracked of each train can be done much more effectively by a machine and gps tracker system rather than a human employee showing red and green flags based on the signals received on phone by the team, this will help in ensuring that communication is clear and apt and much lesser chances of accidents.
Take that human can perform better than machines are:
• Empathetic help in crisis situation can be done much better by humans because machines do not have emotions. Humans can feel the pain and put much more effort to help and ensure that crisis situation is tackled in a much more efficient manner.
• Artistic work such as painting and which involves Original intelligence rather than artificial intelligence.
