INTRODUCTION
First of all to understand this we have to understand the core definition of INTERVENTION.The term Intervention refers to a set of sequenced, planned actions or events intended tohelp an organization to increase its effectiveness.
The term Intervention here is used to refer a set of planned actions,structured activities and events intended to increase effectiveness and productivity and to contribute in development of an organisation.It is designed in such a way that it brings about specific and required changes, while ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to achieve those changes. This process begins when an organization recognizes that there is a problem which impacts the goal or health of the organization and a change is desired to improve that issue This process is cyclical and it will continue till the desired developmental result is obtained.
Application of interventions strategy on Amazon
Amazon is company which has a strategy of "customer centric attitude" thus it is very open to invention and ideas which will make the life of its customer better.The constant experimentation and willingness to fail are a few of the key factors of this company that has allowed them to produce innovative products at a constant rate such as :

to help managers take decisions. The feedback will inform about quality of work, working condition, salaries, and
employees’ satisfaction in relation to all of the above.
2.Team building-This activity is designed to improve the efficiency of the organization’s employees so that they work together in a harmonious environment. Organizational effectiveness can be improved through emphasising on work group dynamics and promoting an understanding working place where the employees are also treated as organisational proirities and not just as a resource.
Group discussions will help team members open up and speak their minds on related issues,by merely guiding the conversation in order to ensure maximum efficiency. Team buildings’ main aim is to increase sensitivity within the team members’ behavior ,Interpersonal relation and behavior .
3.Sensitivity Training- This training mainly emphasises on ceasing to be judgmental and encourage to become motivated and efficient in the work place and be able to express themselves.
4.Reducing Unnecessary Competition- It is not always necessary to create change. Instead of focusing on competition to help motivate employees, a company should focus on building a culture which is more focused on collaboration , communication and team work.
