The leader we are discussing is the founder of two innovative products, namely animated movies and high end innovative electronic consumables which became a major tech giant.
The leader was simple, clear and focused and he had the following strengths and weakness:
1. He was a visionary
2. He was passionate about his work
3. His main focus was on excellence and innovation not to make money
4. He aimed at perfection and never compromised on the quality of the product.
5. He had the ability to take risks.
6. He has trusted his judgment and understood what people required.

2. He would bully his close colleagues and criticize them so they can perform better
